Jerry, I've no idea if you could get other alternative... speck is the first and some other smaller companies from China copied the design as always.

This particular crystal cover selling at MacStudio LYP around RM80, but I got myself Speck SeeThru ( http://www.speckproducts.com/products/seethru/13-macbook/24 ) for RM128 with a little discount just because I bought myself iPod nano.

Recommended add-on to your MB, well protected and hassle-free. I rate 4.5/5 for this stuff.

i read some reviews on the speck crystal case, they say the case scratches the macbook. Did u guys check ur macbook whether it was scratched ? And some say the scratch are quite bad

u can use 'skinning' on ur MB.
its stick and removeable/changeable.
skin quality leave the body
without a glue, anti scratch, water resist n designable.
material from so call 'membrane'.
