one thing that I wish P2 implement EPB for Ativa AV since price closely match to Alza AV...sighh

for infotainment, if plug n play, it is a must change stuff for Ativa

and i believe it is only for 3 years of warranty (basic warranty).

Not affect anything with our usual servicing to SC, it just if anything relate to the HU change got issue.. can’t claim warranty je.

Eg: Reverse camera problem or speaker problem.. bit susah nak claim since got HU change

Wanna ask an expert, got change the player to linux based player and install using plug n play socket

However for camera, it enable but there is no reverse guidelines.. how to turn on the lines again?

actually why upgrade rim is sensible rather than suspension?

is the stock 17" rim (AV model) not sufficient enough?

quick sharing, anyone here face issue whereby the absorber buffer cracked within 3 years?

the symptom.. whenver drive on uneven road, road bump.. can hear some noice upfront similar to freeplay of the absorber without anything to stop it as it goes up and down

I heard from P2, it is common for Ativa.. about to replacement mine 1 set (FL & FR) = RM100 total w/o labour

Change mine

using a decent Linux player which cost around 300
then add-on PnP cable around 50-80
add-on casing around 100-200 (depend on quality and size player).

bear in mind, it just a a simple player with AA/AC function both wireless. Basic EQ setting. Still work with stock Reverse Cam.

my intention is just to use the AA/AC only, not really into Audiophile.

with this setup, can still use the Original port.

Just need to buy separate cable to link carplayer with stock perodua socket for USB port.
