I've just recently bought a perodua and the windscreen was cracked (dealer said it got hit by stone during the transit from factory to store) before i sign the DO. Am I right to reject the car?

Yea i get it but the dealer kept telling me i cannot reject because registered dah. They said they will fix it but still want me to accept but I dont want.
So i'm not sure about my right in this. Can i continue to insist in rejecting and i want a brand new one.

I want to know any law or ways to show them I as consumer, I have the right to reject it and demand for exchange or refund.

Agree, I'm nt gonna sign it unless they change a new one. I told them its not my fault that they registered it.
Siapa panggil dia orang register before car arrive, of course they say its the usual procedure but that
is if nothing happens. Now something happened and since client tak mau, of course they rugi. The car will be a secondhand car now.
