Whoever said i did not request for RMA, 1 to 1 exchange or refund, here's some screenshots that i gather.

Initially they approved and allowed me to send in new Laptop which 1 to 1 exchange but i have to send in to check, but end up they said its GPU faulty the replace me a new one (GPU NOT LAPTOP) so i get a new GPU (not sure its new, they dint change i also dont no lol).

yadayada then problems came back again, and look what the customer service reply.

No i did not, its on my stands all the time, cos i need to plug in my monitor, mostly im using my laptop for work and browsing only. hardly gaming maybe once in awhile.

Refusing warranty is not a small thing for me. So it is likely their tech is being honest with you.
If you have any screen shot, I recommend you to provide it to them and insist on warranty regardless of their diagnostic conclusion. But keep in mind warranty is not an one to one, so adjust your expectation.
If you have a second screen, I recommend to open a monitoring software during load such as hwmonitor to see if it overheat. Also disable auto restarts in advance system properties so that you can see the error code if any. Capture any prove on your side and you should be able to ask for a warranty. Provided you can wait. One to one after 5 months is not likely going to happen.

They did take picture while running on high graphic games / anything could possible running the GPU. Just that the problem did not came out on the spot, it came back after it send back to me.

I record everything with my phone every time the problem occur, i had plenty of videos i can send it to you if u want.
Blackscreen, GPU not detected etc.

Im not a hardcore user, just work and light gaming. Im just connecting my laptop to a 29inc samsung monitor ntg more.
what possibly would go wrong at my end.

When i was switching BIOS which is only running on GPU only, i did consult ILLEGEAR they said its not recommended it but they did not tell me why. I suppose because it will running in backscene that's why they don't recommended it? im not sure im not really a tech guy, i just follow what instruction they had gave me and google information i could gather, that's it.

Power adapters are running fine, my monitor and laptop are newly bought just by the same time when my laptop arrived. i even changed my HDMI cable, change anything i could possibly do on my side.

Since you mentioned they have prove the nb is OK to you before, maybe better to check again or send to a different shop for a second opinion. Even if you do want to push the nuclear button, do it with as much data on your hand as possible instead of acting on an emotional note.
