Does anybody know which yogurt is most suitable for pregnant?

I've been eating regular flavoured yogurt everyday, (mostly vanilla flavour)which is sold in supermarket.

But recently heard one of the friend saying, that Greek yogurt or plain yogurt will be better..just add some honey to be flavourable, because the normal ones sold are very sweet for pregnant moms.

Has anybody heard of it or do anybody have any advice on that?

Greek yogurt and add your fav berries and nuts.
