Everybody scolding TS bodo jibai cuz use cash but actually dont know that it is the sure fire way for food panda riders to deliver your orders to you for sure. Kena many times already. Pay via online order cancelled due to this reason and that reason but when pay via cash how also the order will reach.

Unless they told you to prepare exact change, then you could give feedback about this I guess.

no wonder that despite my early "chat" to prepare exchange for RM40, the panda rider still came unprepared and cried "no change".
but i still want to bersangka baik since he talked nice to another grab rider then opened his wallet to exchange RM5+RM1++ between them.

i'll see if this "oh, sorry, no change" is an on-going pattern.

Last time I do Foodpanda I really bring a bag of coins.

Got 1 time I deliver to 2nd floor, I forgot to bring my bag of coins. So customer followed me downstairs.

How much was the change? 10sen.

Kesian TS kena kecam when the reality is Foodpanda system banyak problems.

during CNY the ratio of M who gave me tips was higher than C, eventhough most of the angpao I received was from C because majority of customers during CNY were C.

Everyone can have an ewallet. You don’t even need a bank account (can cash topup some of them) but i think most people who have a smartphone would have a bank account already.

As a Foodpanda rider, I recommend customers select cash option but pay using bank transfer. Riders confirm got bank account, otherwise they cannot receive salary.

I've heard so many complains already, select online payment in the app, then the rider didn't deliver then no refund or refund took a bloody long time.

Been that way for years. But during raya, unfortunately C don’t ever give to M.

If sked use Grab and card payment. If foodpanda sila bayar right amount or else don't order.

Years ago I kena a few times, they were trying their luck to see if I would tell them to keep the change. But you die2 refuses then the situation usually becomes awkward as they somehow, somewhere still managed to pull cash out of pocket.
