Lestari Mansions, Good buy?

Hi sifu-sifu sekalian. Is Lestari Mansion a good buy? Some said the developer is Abra Development (subsi of Talam) but agent told me that it is Mampu Jaya. Heard that Talam's workmanship is a nightmare?
