QUOTE(Irresistible @ Mar 4 2021, 07:46 AM) Bcoz my condo is city & pool view.... During night time, the view quite nice... If after tint, m I able still see the exterior view? During night time For reflective film... Then, according to what u say, its not a good point le, sacrifice the view. Well only if your pool is lighted and you turn off all your lights inside. If you value the city and night view from your living room sofa, my advice is don't install tinting film as your room is likely going to be brighter than outside. My house view has only trees and walkway so it is ok for me. Or you stand very near you still can see but that's not the way. Air-conditioning is a better solution in this case

so many suggestions ady.. minimal cost is do nothing and switch on AC will do.. unless underpower AC which cant cool down your house at all..
just slightly increase your TNB bill monthly and i think it is affordable than install tinted & it might degrade over the time..
As other forumer mentioned, air ventilation is important..

Any possibility to put aluminium louves onto the wall facing the sun? The idea is to reduce the heat directly to ur brickwall which will trap heat.

There is 3M CR50/CR70 tint film for car windscreen with very good visibility yet high IRR. I think building film is available as well with high IRR.

I use 3M crystalline tinted Installee a few years ago, the difference is day and night, it is still hot but not as scorching hot as before.
