But I'm wondering what if I purchase a cheaper IPS monitor (24", 1080p, 75Hz, >5ms GTG - like Acer VG240Y), but I colour calibrate (using SpyderX or something). Would color calibration help make the monitor have better color accuracy, or will it just be "rubbish-in-rubbish-out"?
