My friend encountered this scenario b4. He was walking to cyber cafe around 2 am since the distance from his house to the cyber cafe is short. Passed by a playground and saw the swing moving hard. He continued to walk pass the playground and tried to ignore it but he just couldn't resist the temptation to turn his head back and look at it. As soon as he turns back, he saw 2 kid figure. One near the swing crying with chains on both arms, another on top of the tree laughing. I think he sprinted faster than usain bolt that time. When he reached the cyber cafe, his face damn pale and shaking non stop. He's a taekwondo fighter that has won a lot of tournaments.

Not uncommon in my place actually. I stay one road behind the neighbourhood park and I can see it from my house. Usually teens or young adults, in fact getting more these days. Confirm humans, park is well lit.
