Hi,

I would like to have some thought on how do you install the curtain for a windows that have this kind of design? This windows is in the master bedroom and is intruded outward about 2 feet.

Do you think it is better to install like in the picture or install it in one line from end to end? If it is the latter, usually what do you do with the extra space between the curtain and the windows?

Thank you in advance.

Install independently look better. The bottom space can do something like a day ledge.

Install independently meaning something like in the picture? The day ledge looks cool anyway.

Meaning have both rails still following the ceiling beam but not everything hanging on 1x 8m rod.. that is gonna be heavy and hard to change curtain (do 2x rods 4m each "one line from end to end" ) aligned with each other.
The void between window and the ceiling beam can stuff in the day ledge to lessen the visual impact between both sides.

Ah I see. I was thinking to have those kind of railing too rather than having one outside and the other one inside.

Thanks for your thoughts.😃
