Yeah the Myvi looks underexposed, were you metering on the black portion or white portion of the Myvi? Seems like you were metering the white portion. What metering were you using? Spot or Dynamic?

What metering were you using? Spot or Dynamic? is it because the focus point on bright spot make the camera set the exposure compensation too low? this Autosaloon really disappoint, most are perodua and proton car with silly bodykit. Any recommendation what place in KL area good for shooting landscape and macro photo? This post has been edited by robertngo: Aug 27 2007, 01:28 PM

Try shooting from different angles for the car overall shots. A little closer and lower maybe.. the cars would look much more aggressive. The other shots .

I like the lily Use the histogram whenever you shoot so that you can see it if it is underexposed. Haha I am the king of underexposed shots when I started shooting with the D40

Hmm i felt i prefer underexposed shots from the D40. Dont forget that when exp settings in 0, it can be slighty overexposed at times.

I think you can recompose the picture of the guy taking a break. Use the rule of thirds
