Yea lazada asked me to wait till end of this week. The sad part is cant get back the offer rm1499 plus refund to credit card cant cash back to bank account.

Hmm, interesting. When I had a live chat with the customer service team yesterday they told me they would send mine out latest by next Monday and made no mention of lost parcel. Anyways, I’ll probably sell off the Poco F3 when I finally do receive it so no hurry, but I’ll buzz them again on Tuesday if it’s not sent out by Monday as promised.

Anyways, credit card refund takes longer but also depends on your bank. I made a purchase on Lazada with a credit card and the seller cancelled due to insufficient stocks and it took 15 working days before I got my refund - which was in line with Lazada’s policy of 5-15 working days for credit card refunds. I also paid for the F3 with credit card and have paid off the balance hence that would be my last resort too.

But, once in awhile there will be error message popup when using Netflix, "Device failure occurred. Please try again. (500-116)."

Apps then restarted, playback turn SD.

Step 1. Make sure the Auto-sync data is turned on
Go to Settings and scroll down to Accounts and sync >> Auto-sync data.
Step 2. Still in Settings, navigate to password & security>> fingerprint>> fingerprint payment>> download the latest Widevine L1 certificate.
Step 3. Reboot your device and check the Widevine security level, it should upgrade to L1.

After trying download several times, sussed, and my Wife one now L1 thanks.
