For weekly rom- Currently many users found Dark mode bug, color problem in apps, so have to manually turn off and use particular apps own dark themes.
No problem for stable rom.

After placed order, don't think about the promotion price again, since hard to grab it within a minute.
I bought on June 8th, also can't get on 6.6, and don't want wait 7.7 but after that 6.18 had another promotion, damn!

Yes update and factory reset.

If you use stable rom, actually no serious bugs found, if had any then will get fix in next update.
So far I found Dark mode have bugs for EU weekly rom, xiaomi is trying fix it.

According to eu forum is not void. This the 1st time i flashed to EU ROM, but we still can reinstall back to global rom before send for warranty.

* Our ROMs were approved by official EU distributor ABC Data to not void warranty for devices sold by them! (Of course, officially unlocked BL and no ROOT installed)


After flash, we can OTA (over the air) update, Update notification will prompt or you can check and click the "update" in Setting > MIUI version.
-Weekly EU ROM: download and install 3.5gb+- on every Friday / Saturday.
-Stable EU ROM: download and install 3.5gb+-, release in 1-3 months


You must unlock your bootloader in xiaomi phone 1st- have to wait 168 hours (7 days) then only can proceed unlock and flash rom. Everything inside will be format (for the 1st time flash rom. update will not format)

Should be same, cause all based on China ROM.
I use weekly version so bugs fix faster than stable rom, of course new bugs may still found, won't end, but most are minor issues.

I'm using Weely rom MIUI 12.6, no heating problem, battery not drain much while I play mobile legend 3 hours. But some people complain heat

Use original charger and cable? Suppose is around 20%+- in 10min if no apps running.
If used other charger or cable which doesn't support super charge then charging rate become 1%+- per min.

1) in Call app > Menu (bottom left) > Call Settings > Call recording (2nd option- between SIM cards and call forwarding option)

2) try look in Settings > Sound & touch > Ringtone > All ringtone > Choose local ringtone > File Manager > "you need manually search your own ringtone"
2a) system ringtones are located at bottom after you select All ringtone option, before go into Choose Local Ringtone.

at time of damage, i think already 3-4 years later, and a good reason to change new phone, haha.

Android to Android?
Backup to Google Drive 1st and it will auto restore after change phone.
Whatsapp > Settings > Chats > Chat backup

or use Mi Mover

yes you can charge anytime / any state between 20%-80%- for longer battery lifespan.
use AccuBattery app to monitor battery health & performance.

for new phone, its better update to latest MIUI version and then factory reset it, if possible- to remove bugs, but not 100%.
