it seems like that update is for pilot testers, like beta version

your account/phone probably isnt enrolled into said program, so it rejected the update

as for launcher stuff, yeah seems like 3rd party launchers cant use gestures anymore, forced to use buttons
and the workarounds with 3rd party gesture apps dont work either

I am on MIUI13 still and this app got pushed to me as well
uninstalled it with no ill effects

Maybe fast charging at such high wattages degrades the battery quickly

Am worried about those crazier models with like 120W fast charging

Mi Turbo is kinda proprietary and probably you can only find from original xiaomi brick + cable

Hmm my POCO F3 may be failing
MIUI 13.0.7.0

so, yesterday after I unplug from charger, it went to poco logo and bootlooped there
I hold down the buttons, got into recovery, booted into safe mode, then rebooted again
works again

today, while listening to a whatsapp message, it froze and bootlooped again
i hold down the buttons, got into recovery, but was unable to move and the phone rebooted again
eventually managed to get it to go over to safe mode, selected it, but it booted into normal mode

so far the phone is working
I wonder if its a software problem (MIUI being what it is) or a hardware problem (power buttons failing)

I'm learning towards the latter since I keep activating the double press for flashlight thing despite me only pressing it once

to use different cdns
for me on TIME, bigota and hugeota were slow, had to use bn or cdnorg

some local apps are so cursed, Yoodo's app used to show up as a browser choice

do watch out for many many many many fakes on laz/shopee, they have tricks to trick your phone into showing Mi Turbo Charge but it's charging slowly

I think you may be able to get 20W PD with a USBC PD Charger, but that's not a major increase
