Sorry to hear that. I have been spraying hand sanitizer on my phone several times without issue. Did the screen leak holes for them to enter? I hope you still have warranty if not maybe still go ask sc how much will repair cost.

Anyone have issues with Digi & Poco F3. Every few months I think I will lose volte. My phone has digi & unifi Sims. Recently I just realised I only seen one volte symbol & no vowifi one at home. Got them to reactivate both returns today.

Anyway expect android 13 coming real soon. Got 1 news says it's out of beta testing the other it's still in beta. So expect maybe update coming by next month?

Hmm it's March still no miui 14 yet should be by now.

So far my almost no issue touch wood. Only charging I plug in USB type c I need to wiggle it a bit to hear click sound to get it to lock in place to charge or connection might be lose and don't charge 😅. Hmm might need to see SC. But it's out of warranty already my is among first batch pre order March/April 2021. It's been like this for about 6 months or more now.

EU will be getting android 13 it started limited rollout

So fast I thought only EU according to news. Anyway checked don't have for me yet. Anyone here got it yet? If so let us know how is it.

Also we need to debloat using the app frm xda again I am guessing or we will be saddle with some ads again.

Hmm I don't see any official build of Miui 14 android 13 update for Poco F3 Global in XDA. Only EU one.

miui_ALIOTHGlobal_V14.0.4.0.TKHMIXM I tried to install as local update and failed. I guess I will wait for OTA I haven't played with phone mods in years.

So your using miui_ALIOTHGlobal_V14.0.4.0.TKHMIXM how you manage to be in beta I can't even install it after I download the rom unless I wanted to root my phone.

Seems people are complaining that miui 14 locked up icons. Only those linked with themes can be use. Damn I love using Osheden's icon packs their paid icons are randomly free once a month they do custonising too for free initial few icons.

Update on this. Install Miui Downloader frm playstore.



Their copy of miui_ALIOTHGlobal_V14.0.4.0.TKHMIXM_b9ed940850_13.0.zip is not Beta Recovery. Install that app it gives you download link you download then go to About Phone choose Update Package find that zip file install. I am in middle of updating.

First thing I noticed Nova launch keeps crashing.


Last time miui 13 same issue but you can hide the 3 dots at bottom and use mygesture (playstore). Now you can't remove the 3 dots if you intent to use 3rd party launcher.

Also I can't apply icon packs on Poco launcher I can on 3rd party launcher.

After update seems to be L1

3rd Party Gestures works in miui 13 and now miui 14. Even 3rd party launcher Nova launcher works if you start frm new old saved can't be used. You use 3rd party gestures with playstore app called mygesture for full gestures but unlike miui 13 where you can hide 3 navigation dots now you can't in miui 14 they make sure only poco launcher can hide it.
Below is one I am using since Miui 13

So far for me Miui 14 it's almost no issue other than first time ever my F3 whole system hang while using Brave browser. It popup notification poco launcher crash or not responding or something couldn't read it as it's popup stuck half way at bottom of screen but I was using nova launcher not poco launcher. Had to force a reboot. After which I cleared Brave data so far it's back to no issue.

But using miui 14 for first time ever I received notification it used 80% memory not sure what but I never had such notification before. I was using tiktok I think... Manual reboot seems to be back to normal.

I never factory reset after upgrade maybe that's why had some issue. I only use Security to clear cache.
