You need to know that CS is just to solve customers' questions. They also rely on production line CS info. Afaik, K40/P30 is selling like a hot cake and production line cannot keep up the sales. The shortage of SOC may be another reason too.

Does anyone else have the issue with the mi cleaner getting stuck halfway when scanning? It can't complete the scan and stops midway and i'd have to press the stop button.
