How to know whether the COD is real or fake ?
Some sellers ask for a bit of down payment, maybe RM50 but it depends. I COD more than 5 times and all were honest. If the buyer doesn't appear, then you just accept your bad luck and find another buyer.

if can deal with transfer transaction , he give u cash rm1.5k , later he gang u after u leaving the place as he know u are holding his RM1.5k

so if possible ask him doing instant transfer on the spot , after check the money in your bank , try to let him leave first or talking around the mall before leaving
