You can do backup through google drive in the settings then after the backup is done, just setup whatsapp on the new phone that has already logged in with the same google account. After that you can choose to restore the chat backup from google drive

If F4 will be based on 12x then it probably mean they’re not going to launch the 12x global variant for Malaysia market during tonight’s xiaomi 12 event. And if the rumors are true than the F4 will just be a minor upgrade or you could say sidegrade over the F3. Yeah thats what I thought as well. I dont think they will rebrand the 12x to F4. The F4 will be the global variant of whatever the base K50 with sd870 phone that will be unveiled alongside the K50 pro (D8100) and K50 pro+ (D9000) on March 17th event in China. Then maybe F4 as the global variant 1 month after that

So k40s, k50 & k50 has been announced. Watch if xiaomi troll and give us poco f4 as the global variant of k40s lol. It is basically f3 with 67w charging & OIS for the camera (still same sensor imx582, same sd870)

Not the same, xiaomi 11t pro is a global only variant, no china version. K40 pro is also an china only variant with the k40 pro+ being available in europe as Mi 11i and Mi 11x pro in india. So we will have to see see if they will bring either bring k40s or k50/k50 pro as the poco f4 for global. There might not be a f4 pro variant as well because there was no f3 pro

no, K40s will be F4 because it has the same codename and model number (munch/L11R) while K50 pro (D9000) will be F4 pro, codename and model number (matisse/L11). Its already in their database. K50 gaming will be F4 GT, codename & model number (ingres/L10). No global variant for normal K50 (D8100/rubens/L11A)

the one supplied in the box is analog/passive and yes the f3 has an internal dac. So you dont need to buy a separate dongle/earphone adapter that has a dac (this one is needed to work on samsung phones and iphone/ipad)

Poco F3 only have global (but it comes with global rom (MI) and EEA rom (for europe) and that is the one sold by Poco Global Stores in lazada & shopee. The warranty is valid under Xiaomi malaysia. Cn version of the F3 is K40 which is only sold officially in china and comes with cn rom. Though there are some importers selling the k40 here

yes they will launch the F4 GT tomorrow. Its a rebrand of the redmi K50 gaming (sd8gen1). Price should be around RM 2199 for 128gb/8gb and RM 2599 for 256gb/12gb. But i dont think its replacing the F3, they could still launch the regular F4 (redmi k40s rebrand) with cheaper pricing later on

F4 will have 870 (redmi k40s). It's basically an F3 with OIS & 67W charging, price should be around the same as current F3. There will also be an F4 Pro which is the K50 pro with dimensity 9000 😓 that one might hover around 1.6k - 1.8k

It's already on their database, same model number & codename. Only difference is the device name. Which means it's the global variant of the same phone by redmi in china

K40s = F4 = munch/L11R
K50 pro = F4 pro = matisse/L11

F3 gt was not launched globally last year, it was india exclusive

Dont go for F4 GT as sd8gen1 still has the same heating issues as sd888. TechTablets uploaded a review of the phone and during the gaming test, genshin impact crashed after only 38 minutes of playtime due to overheating lol. You can watch the review here: https://youtu.be/Q85iqOeb8lA
