I have been using Mi 11 ultra for few weeks. No exaggeration, it's the fastest phone i have ever used. There's a real snap to everything like switching between apps, fingerprint unlock, floating apps (especially useful for OTT/bank authentication). Rear display is a cute gimmick, but it's just that, a gimmick. Camera quality is super.

I got the China set and i didn't want to brick it by flashing Global ROM. Maybe i will do it if i ever buy a new mobile. I removed all stock junk and installed everything from play store, works just as well. Disadvantage is that you cannot restore from another Android phone directly, but i save almost everything on cloud and it didn't take long to setup. There were issues with pairing my smartwatch but it randomly resolved after few tries (Wear OS from play store didn't work but the mi app worked). It gets very hot with wireless charging.

So far very happy with it.
