I think its best to focus on quality rather than price when it comes to fitness equipments. I've bought x2 15kg dumbells from Shopee too and I regretted the purchase a lot. Since they are adjustable dumbells, the screws keep loosening up with each lift which really throws me off sometimes. Good thing sports shops are open now so you should totally go visit them. It will give you a chance to inspect the products closely and make sure they are truly durable.

for dumbells, i strongly urge you to get the no-fuss, no-frills hex rubber dumbells, cheap, easy to maneuver, durable/resistant to throwing/dropping on floor, not painful to put on your lap/quads.
i've used those plate-adjustable with nut to screw-in type, used bowflex, and used those round urethane(EXPENSIVE just because it's "smaller" for any given weight) dumbells, and none compare to a basic hex rubber dumbell.
