It's not about the installed device. It's the number of users watching simultaneously. For Disney+Hotstar, it's two. So you can have 50 devices with your login credentials but still only two devices that can watch the content at the same time.

Something weird is going on with Disney+ Hotstar and SPE's Spiderman and its universe movies. At 5 PM, I saw Tobey Maguire's 2 and 3 films listed. Now it's gone. Garfield's 1 is still there. So is Into The Spider-verse is there. Homecoming is there. Venom is there. Now, Maguire's series is gone.

Disney+ Hotstar finally fixed an annoying bug. Previously, when you're watching a series that will have a new episode the following week, the app will suggest a "play next" icon and the seconds you have to dismiss it. But even if you press to dismiss it, the suggested series/movie will still play. This prevented you from watching the full credits or listen to the score of the episode you were watching.

Starting I guess this week, this has been fixed.

Can't help you there. You may find using a separate Android box that's Netflix certified would streamline your streaming experience.


When Netflix went global, they knew audio dubbing and subtitles were the key areas they need to address. Other streaming services are catching up in this regard.

That's understandable for Hotstar content. But not for Disney's.
