PC depot service macam TAIK...yes. SHIT and i mean it ! bodoh punya PC depot..no wonder how big they are,they still cant compete with other companies that sell's higher price than them. make a customer come back is lot more easier than find a new customer. that's what they need to learn and think deep.bodoh punyer PC depot..yes, kalau ada pekerja pcdepot kat sini..tolong sampaikan msg aku kat bos.. haha...cakap apa yg ko nk cakap lah... but as long the name is same..so they're on same roof.
u know how a big company deals with warranty?guarantee? hahaha.... i worked at DELL Computer.. we've got a well known links with Intel, Seagate, Sandisk and all major computer hardware manufacturer's in the world. If u ever bought anything from DELL, u'll be suprised how they deal with warranty... for the most basic warranty package that comes with all product, u call us today..u'll get ur stuff replaced tomorrow regardless where u are as long as it is not in a very remote area and they will come to u,u dont need to go to any shop or whatsoever.ok if u got money, buy other type of warranty, 2HR,4HR... 2HR means u call us now..within next 2hours u'll get ur stuff replaced.see? how they deal with warranty? cakap byk tak guna..jaga hati customer lebih bagus..lepas ni derang datang beli lg... kalau tempat lain,mesti kedai cakap macam2 sbb nak suruh kita bayar jugak..

i send my samsung mp3 player to pcdepot to claim for warranty.
and until now i still dont get it.. hahaha... i send my mp3 at 27 feb 2007. do the math..

ade ke patut aritu derang call..ckp dah siap..aku pegi sana..nak amik,tengok2 dia kasi aku creative muvo murah punyer..ape lagi..hangin lah aku.cam haram.... aku bli mahal2 samsung yepp tu,die nak gantikan ngan muvo yg murah dan terpakai...ape lagi.aku maki hamun la derang..haramjadah betol. itupon derang bleh cakap lagi.. kitaorang upgrade ke muvo sbb samsung lambat sgt nak return..ntah2 derang tak hantar pon kat samsung..kalau aku ade kabel kat samsung,mmg aku saman je pcdepot kalau derang tak hantar warranty.derang ingat aku taktau ke muvo tu murah.. dulu aku blaja kat kilang creative la beb..all range product aku tau la camne.. sound card je pawer.. yg lain hampeh.

huhuhu.. nanti ari pc fair aku nak gi tengok kat pc depot..singgah sat kat megamall tu.. mmg aku baran sbb dkt setaun tu..giler tak pnah dibuat orang..
huhu.. ermmm... dell nyer laptop mmg boleh dikatakan ape2 rosak mesti derang replace..tambahan lg company punyer... mmg derang jaga giler..
even tulisan kat keyboard tu tertanggal.. kalau korang call,cakap itu ini pasal quality issue..nanti derang replace gak under customer service..hahaha..
