I just bought a xiaomi steamer.

Works but no way near ironing using conventional iron.

Duno those Tefal Philips how good.

Your best bet is to visit a few ladies clothing boutiques, take a look at the steamer they use, and ask them how it performs. One of my friends did that and bought a brand used by most of the boutiques she visited, and seems to have no complaints.

I suggest you buy a 2nd hand Phillips one to give it a try first as you might find out that like the person that sold it it was not all that useful.

Oh, I forgot one thing that annoy me.

The water tank of the xiaomi is pretty small, 1 full tank is enuf for about 1 shirt.

So happy refilling the tank ... the inlet to the tank is quite small.

Mostly meant for women's dresses that are difficult to properly iron.

Not the easiest thing in the world to use on pants or shirts and usually end up taking 3x longer than using a normal iron.
