Get a scooter. Fully automatic that is as simple as just twist n go. Besides it can store ur helmet, jacket, raincoats n whatnots under the seat. There's also a compartment for charging mobile devices. Yamaha NVX/NMAX 155 are cheaper than Honda ADV150.- Honda dash 125

If u want a very good looking bike n can travel longer distances (but with clutch) that's price under 10k, be patient n wait for the Honda Winner X v2.
