If there is something i would love to compare, it would be the service that sometimes apple provides. I mean its good, but i'm having a DOA (Dead On Arrival) issue. Not entirely a fuss, but there's a warping on my battery casing, in which its alignment ain't right. I admit, i took it out, but even if i take it out and putting it back in, the alignment should be correctly fitted. Its just a small hitch, but its slowly collecting dust. I went for them to repair, they say it will take 3-5 working days to process that small issue. I insist on a technician to just have a look, and they say its protocol

I understand protocols, but i just couldn't dump it down for 3-5 days. In the first place, i don't even have to go through this procedures because it should come into my hands in near perfect condition. I was in this service line before under different manufacturer, and we always try to get things done immediately.

Probably its just my expectation, but i just wanted to whine about this issue. Can't compare to Dell definitely. I love the macbook i'm using, and i need it for my project, i dont know how they deal with people in the graphics line having to dump in their machine 3-5 working days for a new notebook

No need la.. By default in Linux, it can read mac os filesystem(HFS+) and in windows, just install some 3rd party apps (macdrive or transmac). Get the files is not that problem, the problem is application which is only support in windows or particular platform only.
