a bit off topic, but I just want to express my feeling towards all Apple Store here in Malaysia, maybe not all but majority. I feel huge differences if I enter their store nowaday compared last 5 years time. Now their sales rep are less informative, not convincing, not friendly enough to treat us...They should get enough and propoer training. I remember how hard to apply yourself to be Apple Sales Rep last time, they wanted Quality people to represent them, but now I think they simply take anybody who wanted a job.

Apple, you should maintain your prestige, reputation and status if you want to get more Malaysian to use Mac. I just miss on of my fav Apple Store in Great Eastern Mall...
