anything is possible if u have money
but its not just the housing, its pracically everything..
means changing the screen, changing the keyboard, changing battery...
i'm not surprised if it hits 2k to change white to black...

would have saved more just getting the black in the first place
*
Naw.. I'm just bored with white now, liked it when i bought it.. u know la.. need a change.. anyways thanks for the info rclxms.gif

If RM2k just for the housing, not so brilliant then. might as well replace one unit

Thats true, but ain't it just changing the casing.. the keyboards and etc can be reused right? i doubt a casing costs that much in relative terms i mean.

QUOTE(Shiitake @ Feb 13 2008, 12:34 PM)
orait guys...
i have a guestion.

i burn a cd or dvd in my mbp, when it's nearly finish about less than a minute, the data automatically corrupt. For example, i burn a picture about 1000 pcs n 80% of it are useable n the rest is corrupted.

Does it occur from the burner or the cd/dvd itself? i've try to change diffrent brand of cd/dvd, but it juz the same thing happen.

thanx a lot if u guys can help me!
*
How many pieces of CD/DVD (sure there are no scratches on the CDs?) have you tried burning that had the similar problems stated? If nearly 90% then i think it's your optical drive that is faulty.

I was there today and sad to say they don't sell Incase products but alot of Speck.

Specks casings (right in the center) and to the right (cropped out) are sleeves so guess those are not what you wanted.

Quote from the article:

"With a 1.2% increase in performance due to Intel's DAT, we can't really get excited about this technology. It's very rare that it will be working, and when it is the 7.7% increase in clock speed just isn't enough to increase performance significantly at all. It looks like Intel's DAT is more of a gimmick rather than something to get excited about."

looks like the new penryn isn't really that great..

Looks like the expects think it's a gimmick and I thought so too hmm.gif

Why?? WHY WHY why??  hmm.gif
I have my Macbook on 24/7 as well, downloading loads of stuff, connected to external monitor, all 8 USB devices most times, firewire ext HDD & firewire surround speakers. No problems as well!  icon_idea.gif  thumbup.gif

Well i think a laptop is meant to be all about portability not heavy usage, yes i know that a MB and MBP can perform that sort of task but still i'd rather setup a RM600 rig and configure it with remote and 24/7 it for downloads. My thoughts.
