Meaning mostly towards Misfiring from d system? What to do

Yes, it is misfiring phenomenon.
As mentioned, ask mechanic to check/rule out no faulty spark plugs/coils/distributor from Ignition system and no clogged fuel filter/ dirty fuel injectors , assuming others like ECU board is ok .

QUOTE
If suddenly the car lose all d power in d middle of d road

This is similar to engine mati, no power coming from engine ......
still is not dangerous as the car (in neutral) can still move forward gliding along ..... but this is unlikely in real life .

QUOTE
While you are driving
And there's a lot of cars behind your car

?
*
It is not as if the engine jam/transmission jam suddenly coming to sudden/complete stop ,then it may pose danger to traffic coming from behind ...... again , unlikely in real life .

TS, apart from the items 6UE5T mentioned, it would also be helpful to mention if anything happened before this started, eg. a service, new tires, or some additional accessory was installed.

as your car ages..more and more carbon deposits are built up in the internals. You cant avoid that. That's how things are.

Forget about those silly 'carbon cleanup' scams in many workshops. they do not work!

The best and most economical way you can do is to rev your engine high by driving at higher speeds above 140kmh and go outstation after Interstate travel is allowed. This will ensure a lot of carbons are burnt and removed via your exhaust pipe.

thats why everytime after we travel outstation, our car feels lighter and can accelerate better.

What about simply let the car run idle for half a day?

State location so other may suggest a competent workshop.

No point we tell you here, but you can’t DIY or attempt any repairs yourself.

it's responsive for awhile only. After a few days it's back to normal. Dont waste a few hundred RM for this scam!
