What temp are you setting at? does it leak in 10 mins or after 2-3 hours? is the drain pipe flowing well or nothing is dripping out of it? if its leaking in the wall..rather than the aircon dripping water, could be drain pipe cracked/joint leak.

usually air-con life cycle is 5 years.
Anyway, the air-con still "powerful blow air" or not when you set the max fan speed?
Most likely pipe sumbat, the fella didn't do a good job.
If air-con still cold do a thorough cleaning to clear the blockage or change the pipe. If you set the fan to max, and still like "blow air" not powerful, time to change. If not cold, can be due to time to replace gas.
Best get a trusted aircon technician to check.

Usually due to blockage on the drain pipe. Or the connecting drain pipe is not seal properly.

QUOTE(lyt25_1234 @ Feb 23 2021, 09:28 AM) Usually due to blockage on the drain pipe. Or the connecting drain pipe is not seal properly. After years of using my AC, the drain pipe now gets clogged easily. There has been a build up of moss/mildew (don't know the word), so now even if I drain and flush, it grows back quickly. I think in 3 months it will become clogged again. It doesn't help that the bone is meandering a long distance... Maybe TS has the same issue?

My aircon is upstair & Panasonic Go 99 or lotus buy clear vinegar, cabut drain hose, pour in 1 cup to drain pipe. Let it work 30mins to dissolve jelly. Flush with few cupa water. I'll try this next time. But considering the length of the pipe that I have installed, that's gonna be a lot of vinegar...

too many reasons.......
too little airflow at indoor coil ( fan speed too low(fan motor capacitor or fan motor itself), indoor coil too dirty, blower too dirty) low refrigerant(lower than optimal refrigerant will have condensation or frost on the aircon lines which drips. drain pan or drain pipe clogged side channel drains that drain the upper more horizontal coils may be misalligned with the bottom pan on the left side due to aging or broken off plastic.
