Newbie u can place deposit first wad.. ard rm200-rm300 can liao lor. Since the ms not very ex.. no need giv too much deposit. Call him to reserve for u then when u finsihed ur semis, u can fetch back liao lor. no need scared by den no ms liao lo. |

Have to wait till mid or end oct coz i still had to go back my another house to turn the place upside down.(clean up whole place) The puppy can go home by den.
