anyone know where to claim the diamonds once the rare item has been sold on exchange?

You will get back crystal, not diamond. 10 diamond equivalent to 100 crystals(if I am not mistaken).

So you just calculate yourselves how much crystal you will get back, don't forget about the tax.

Oh back to your question, you can claim it on the history tab in exchange, but once it is sold you will need to wait 24hours before you can claim it.

I personally know few of them. Most of them are from affluent family (dada/mama is High ranking government officials or owns conglomerate) to start with and also some of them made windfall especially through investment of stocks and crypto where 20k-30k USD is chump change to them. Covid only further enrich them, only low/middle class pipul is badly affected by covid. Furthermore, they all have the mindset of selling account to recoup $ after owning the game entirely as this is not the first game they dabbled in.

Of course, there are also your typical refunders which plays this game and refund.

What is refunders? What I know is maybe you purchased a topup then cancel at Google/Apple store but that's just one time inm.
