From what I found...

Cheapest earphone with ANC so far is Huawei Freebuds 3i (around RM 299 on Shopee)

Cheapest headphone with ANC so far is Sonicgear ANC 3000 (around RM 149 on Shopee)

And this is ANC as advertised by the brand, not those with "noise isolation" something else, but good or not I dunno lol.
