Hi, has anyone bought products from Luxe Paradise my before? Is this website reliable and selling authentic products?

Im wondering too, i love 1 bag at their website but go everywhere searching and no one is talking about them..their fb also dont have reviews section like Fashrevo or Sellection..but they claim they selling 100% ori ..they had payment via atome too...

Hi, I bought once from them in 2019. I do believe they are legit and sellling authentic items. However, I believe mine is authentic but quality is questionable. Bought a Tory Burch kira chevron camera sling bag. Comes with dustbag, care card, paper bag. Everything looks good and legit. 3 yrs later, the bag did not held up well. The strap starts to peel and crack pn 2nd year. The leather on top of the bag cracked too on 3rd year. Feedbacked and asked them about it. They replied it is part of wear and tear. I showed to my friend. From the look of it, we suspect it is not genuine leather cos the way the leather is cracking it is not typical of leather. It cud be recycled leather on top and PU at the bottom or something else I dont know. Cant tell when it is brand new. U need to use it long enough to know it. I am guessing their source of bags is also questionable imo. They are selling factory outlet bags and quality of outlet items are less superior compared to retail stores. I have bought a Tory burch directly from the Woodbury Common outlet in 2014 and till today, the clutch is in brand new condition. I also bought a Kate Spade wallet from JPO and the leather starts to peel. So I guess it depends on the item iteself.
