I visited dentist yesterday. She said one of my teeth got gum recession.

She said can't be reverse. Just ask me to use softer toothbrush.

1)anyone cure ur gum recession?
2) which toothbrush brand is suitable? Soft and light to gum.

1. There isn't alot of methods plus those also depending on many factors. At least try to solve the issue an maintain the current state that you have and not allow it to progress onto the bad side

2. Any toothbrush which will have soft or ultra soft when u buy is fine

Improve dental hygiene. Don't brush your gums too hard.

Other than that, not much you can do. Mine improved slightly once started practicing better oral care.

Softer toothbrush. Brush thoroughly, especially gums, and gargle with mouth wash twice a day.

Eat less sweet stuff and junk/snacks.

Mind share what brand of toothbrush and mouth wash?

So, we need to brush the gum too?

Honestly doesn't really matter the brand, according to few dentists I've spoken to. It's like better to shower with soap, than with just water. Any soap will do.

Not brush the gums, but the part where the gums meet the teeth.
Plaque build up there will affect gum health, and dentist told me many do not brush properly enough at that area. Hence you get gums receding, bleeding etc.

Recommended brushing time should be 1.5-2 minutes. If you're brushing less than that, you aren't brushing enough or properly.
