 pc cant start normally, harddish problem ?

HI , my frend pc cant start normally. normally is just black screen and den loading screen den finish , but now he start his pc it come out a black screen call him to boot xp cd. but he din't want to reformat harddisk also . but he to do wat it said and put the xp and it cant load the harddisk . and the harddisk came out a sound like "Kek, kKE" ..hope any 1 can help . thanx ^^

if the harddisk got sounds, means ur fren's HD almost gone. This can happen if your fren shut down the pc not properly always which will harm the harddisk.

hehe nvm la i think he must buy a new 1 . he cant even repair . it stop there thanx niwey ^^
