Hi, my monitor internal leaking, I wonder why as I on today and it’s show like this ，is it under warranty? I know it’s look like physical damage , but I never move the monitor , the only thing contact with my monitor is my water bottle during I push my water bottle and “hit” it

Dell Monitor Warranty

No harm sending in for warranty, but chances are it's not being covered under basic warranty.
It does look like physical damage.
