the only side effect is numbing pain at the injection site after few hours which lasted less than 12 hours, felt like someone punched my arm many times.

Main thing is that my arm was pain the next day. Apart from that, I woke up feeling like a bad hangover I felt a bit weak too the next day but nothing more than that. No fever or temperature. And the day after that like nothing happens
