Wut mod modem? U mean mod to bypass the tethering quota rite using normal non berukband plan? Yeah some mod modem can bypass this tethering quota but not the fair usage policy. Speed is subjective to ur location and the telco coverage. Just find the best telco coverage at ur area n u r good to go.
