Can B560 motherboard uncap the power limit and let the non-K series CPU boost without any time limit?

Thanks! so the B560 Steel Legend allows setting any W in the BIOS. Now I wonder if anyone has stumbled on a B560 which doesn't allow that...

But no one makes dual rank CJR 2X16GB anymore. it's significantly costlier to put dies on both sides so they're usually only can be found on really premium kits. These Klevv Bolt XR are considered the budget option. Infact, they're cheaper than the corsairs LPX which the current SKU are all currently on micron Rev.B.
That was because on the 10400F, the "stock" mem clock was 2666 while the 11400F is 3200... so he kinda play the "spec game". But it's rather unfortunate as the rocketlake can easily hit 4000mhz. Heck even the cometlake can....

AMD did not abandoned that price segment.. it's rather they can't...afterall that's where the largest marketshare will be. It's because they have so few dies to roll out, making it wiser for them to keep pumping out 5800X which has the highest profit margin and die yields. Afterall the zen2 also uses the same 7nm fabrication allocation which of course they will want to reserve all for their zen3 and navi.

So far... only if you buy dell/hp/acer then confirm locked lol. For the rest, uncapped power limit is a major selling point so everyone enables it if it's possible for the board's VRM ... even on some H470/H410. It's a bios feature so it's kind of a free for all... to the point that some boards (like mine) goes max power out of the box.

If that's the case, then I many reviews will not be showing real world performance if they stick to Intel spec. I think the there will be quite a big performance penalty in gaming performance with the CPU capped, especially for high-FPS games.

They can cut down and make more 3600s as Zen2 is slightly smaller than Zen3... Just that Zen3 selling out fast makes it less profitable to do so.
Re: GN 10400 playing the spec game, it's appropriate as most people buying that will use B460 at the time it was released.

DJR is why I went with revE dual rank 2x16GB instead, not to mention those kits were dirt cheap on Amazon back in November...

Sure can tahan untill next next next gen then only think of upgrading again in 2023. Who knows by then whether x86 is still around or everything became ARM and neural network based.

the build in one is totally different compare with the old m/b, the sound is so sharp and strange, it's like sharp sound, i need to manual change setting if i ue between speaker and headphone.
previously old m/b when i set to rock and living room , it's fine, i setting can kautim adi. but with the new one i need to manual adjust it. when watch movie, ppl talking is more softer and low volume., maybe need more play around with the setting realtek audio console.

Now the revE are super hard to come across. Usually need to get through amazon usa from the higher end crucial balistix

Ballistix Max 3600 is apparently all single rank for 16x2GB kits

Ballistix 3200 is a lottery between older dual rank and newer single rank for 16x2GB kits. When I bought the odds were very high for dual rank, not sure about now.
