U got rejected for Mr. DIY IPO? i wonder how? how izzit got rejected? people that i know applied all got it. no issue cause low subscription rate.

The lots depends on old school or new school.

Old School - 1 lot = 1000 shares

New School - 1 lot = 100 shares

Current System in Online Banking 1 lot is always 100 shares

so 300 lots is actually 300,000 shares.

depends on share price. 300,000 shares for Mr. DIY IPO is a big whale game

for Flexidynamics, 300,000 shares x 0.20 is still ok but not good enough. people go for 500,000 shares to 1mil shares above to bid for 20 cents IPO.

Properties are illiquid. Even rental nowadays are not giving good return with tenants asking for moratorium as if the landlord are banks.

Go look at a guy name Golila in Volcano IPO forum. That's what I call Whales application. More than 300,000 shares. Haha anyway 300,000 shares for 20 cents share price is nothing. Can't get that easily also.
