I've managed to earn +27% return since i started buying bitcoin and ethereum on 6 Feb.

Pretty good given the current bullish run and market capital size. However, no good return comes without any risk.

I doubt newbies here understand why there was a 10%+ dip in BTC valuation over the last 24 - 48 hours resulting in panic selling.

I suggest to go read up on stock correction:

- A correction is a decline of 10% or greater in the price of a security, asset, or a financial market.

- Corrections can last anywhere from days to months, or even longer.

- While damaging in the short term, a correction can be healthy, adjusting overvalued asset prices and providing buying opportunities.

On the flipside, Square has pumped another USD170 million into BTC recently. For those who are patient and hodl, we should see the candle sticks picking up again towards the USD60K mark in due time.

I take that majority of these newbies are coin flippers who don't understand what cryptocurrency is or what it's larger implications are on a decentralized economy in the distant future is. Such flippers deserve to stick to low capital gain from reselling sneakers instead.

It's better to see these folks who are seeking to earn a quick buck to be burnt now and quit the crypto scene entirely and let the long time hodlers benefit from a new wave of proper investers who see potential in crypto to jointly benefit from the value appreciation.

If you care so much about hearsay, i don't think you should even be parking money with crypto in the first place since you don't even bother to understand the basic fundamentals that it's a virtual decentralized market.

In short, nobody can predict the dips/boons.
