then select bnb to smart chain bnb (same as bnb logo dark color) press convert (dont convert fully 100%, 99% or so) with some small fee

yeah your original coins are on BEP2 chain. You can convert that to BSC on the DEX on trust wallet. (not sure whether you need to pay tradingfees anot). You probably need to leave a small amount of BNB inside your wallet for trading fees.

You cannot swap ALL of them, must leave some behind, leave like 2-3 dollars worth for fees

Does trustwallet has sweepfunction to automatically calculate gasfees and send all to the deposit address instead of having to leave dust behind everytime transfer from one chain to another?
