We are looking for a tech co-founder for an early stage startup.

Our startup started business in January 2020, our services consists of a mobile application related to property and rental business with operations coverage Penang and Kuala Lumpur, that said we are servicing about 600 users as of today. We started the startup with only 2 co-founders non-tech background mainly involved in business and operations. Our early days started with servicing our clients manually and and later bootstrapped to develop our mobile platform to serve our customer more efficiently.

Would be great if you have the following experience:
- Robust understanding of software engineering best practices and full software development life cycle.
- Experience in building project management & work planning software.
- Experience in development of mobile apps.
- Proficient in modern programming languages, use of APIs and tools.
- Proficiency in developing complex hierarchy-based permission systems to control actions based on user-role.
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and systems.
- Experienced in real time application development, and reactive and event-driven UI (content-editable) development.

Additional qualities for future expansion when you will lead a team:
- Able to lead a team comprising junior and mid level engineers.
- Able and willing to train and guide juniors.
- Able to optimize engineering processes.
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English.
- Focused on optimizing back end technologies while keeping up to date on what the front end team is actively developing.

About the founders team you will be working with:
- The founder, ceo has +4years of startup environment and culture her is also understanding of working with tech team, he currently oversees business development, has experienced in business development, designing robust business model, product UI design in mobile and website using Figma, social media management and marketing.
- The operations and finance is experienced in his field for over+20 years
- Interns will join us seasonally as and when needed for ground works
