I brought my unit (5g sd) to Samsung roadshow yesterday & they offered me 1.5k kn exchange for any s22 purchase. Imo it's good price but not sure if i should make the switch. Anyone who has similar experiences?

My battery is no longer aa great as in year 1 despite it being sd instead of exynos. Prior to this I've been using most of note range on exynos. Honestly speaking my battery experience hasn't been significantly different. The drain is still noticeable especially now it is year 2. Quite tempted.

For the upgrade to latest SD gen 1, you may switch and the trade-in offered price is quite good. Your overseas SD unit is acceptable for trade-in? I thought SME sets only...

Mind you EXY#### network signal not as good as SD

Totally agree, my s10+ (Exy 9820) has poorer reception than my note 10+ (USA SD855). And note 10+ rarely heats up, just chill like those vc cooling today implemented on mi realme etc phones. SD855 really best chipset for android phones produced in 2019. Just realised so many s20 users complained about the green vertical lines, at samsung forum and gsmarena comments sect.

With the broadbased roll out of 5G, would it still make sense to go for a 4G phone?

The prices are an indication of what is forthcoming. New sets are largely 5G while the older 4Gs prices are much lower.

If you can afford, go for s22+ or s22U for more future-proof and major updates.
