I'm currently using Mi10T, using it since December last year. My hand is itchy to try s20 FE mainly to experience oneUI (my last Samsung phone was note 3). Is this model still relevant today? I will not invest more than rm2k coz i changed phone every year.

QUOTE(9926 @ Dec 7 2021, 10:49 AM) After 2 weeks of using this S20 FE 4G, my quick summary is that: Thanks for the honest review. Will holding back my plan to swap my mi10t with s20 fe.- Phone is light and easy to carry around, 120hz screen really give that "fluid" operation feel - Data/line receiving is very bad, sitting at the same spot in my office using Maxis, my previous Poco no doubt not full bar on the line but can still call, this S20 Fe cannot call at all - Battery life is miserable even though is Snapdragon processor, I lost about 5 -6% overnight, best SOT can get is 4h33m so far... Anyhow I am still happy with the features offer from this phone, might use for 1 year before jump ship to next phone |

QUOTE(9926 @ Dec 7 2021, 03:30 PM) If battery life and charging speed is one of your main concern, better think twice. But some extra features offer by Samsung is something you can't get from xiaomi, give and take Understood. Battery life is my priority. Bored already using MIUI for almost 4 years. Planning to try other UI and I much prefer OneUI compared the others. |

QUOTE(PJng @ Dec 23 2021, 02:32 PM) I dont think so. https://site.yes.my/supported-devices/ When you filter 5G supported phone, none of the Samsung phones were listed. Probably YES still working on it. |

i've been considering that actually.
1. It using SD888, heat issue. SD865 is proven, and they used it to make SD870. 2. Cost, i think it will be easily at 3.3k to 3.5k at launch. Similar to S20FE 5G. 3. Between S20 and S21, not really have major upgrade. 4. Itchy hand, also for 2021 tax relief purpose. |

Finally received my S20 FE 4G today. Indeed, it's a G780G SD version. They gave AKG Y500 headset as well in the box, the receipt said promotional set even though not mentioned in the Shopee listing. RM 1320 well spent! This post has been edited by neuromancerx: Dec 31 2021, 03:49 PM skylinelover, pikafaded, and 2 others liked this post

QUOTE(andrwss @ Jun 30 2022, 08:41 AM) with correct timing and luck, i think you can get below 1.5k for 4G version. BTW, that was back on dec last year. |
