I'm joining the white green screen group with my S20U.

Started happening last week. Phew.

I'm probably gonna jump back to the other boat. Had a few bad experience with samsung device and after sale service.

Send in my note 9 for repair, for suspected water damage, they tell whole unit rosak, camera laa sensor, mother board, basically whole unit total. So I went out to get a S20U, but see see send my note 9 to 3rd party repair shop, found out that there's only very minor water that got inside and it's only faulty problem that's why can't start. Samsung sc didn't even bother to clean up the water with alcohol for me and charged me for checking.

Then now white green screen happen.

sad.gif It's sad, I really do love their features, but their durability and after sales is just no no. Haih.

after few days of trials and error. I found there might be a temporary fix to bring white green screen away for awhile until my phone want to fk me up again. lol.

The white green screen has been happening more and more frequent this few days. I roughly remember where's my youtube app, so when it happen, I just open my youtube app and let it keep playing video and leave it for around 10-20 mins. and it'll normally come back alive until it goes dead again. But when I don't do anything to it, it normally won't come back alive, I've tried longest streak was around 10-12 hours and the screen still dead.

So I'm really not sure if it's really hardware or software that's causing it.

haha. I jumped from iphone to my first andriod phone @note 9. Did really love the features that it provide. Constantly overheating even when not using, nvm. Slower update when it's older, nvm, company sure focus on newer model maa they need to earn money also. But the after sales service really triggered me. sad.gif I send back to sc also because I want back the waterproof glue only. Honestly, if I didn't send it to 3rd party repair shop, but took their words like a fool, the phone will be a piece of rusted junk by now. All the talk about environmental friendly, soy ink laa, no charger brick laa, can't even get their official sc to repair the phone that's still 90% working.
