I suppose 20 models screen problems is likely due to LCM controller or display ribbon cable failure due to prolonged overheating (exynos might be one of factor, but don't forget others like climate/environment, battery charging etc)
Possibly also the reason why samsung purposely want throttle the performance of newer phones with bs GOS bloatware

Off topic a bit: my s10 lite (also 2020 model) also suffered from similar screen flickering/BSOD failure within months and I had to sent it for warranty on early 2021. Until now still fine the screen. However some 20 users ran out of luck due to screen failure AFTER normal warranty expired (samsung may know this so for next time preorder give care plus warranty package bundle with preorder freebies like 22 series now)
