I am converting some excel files to pdf, when i choose the export option, it will always convert the active sheet, unless i press the option button and change it to selection.

how can i change the default export to always use selection instead of active sheets?

Can't change default. One workaround is select all sheets first before choose save as pdf. Or use macro

i see, unfortunately i have to do the manual way then.

Does 'set print area' works for you?

It wont print anyth5other than what is set.
