You mean the Samsung one? I did, got the brown leather one when bought together with the S21Ultra at ioi city mall,

first casing I've used, kinda nice but don't like the camera protuding metal thing, so I went with a Nillkin black woven casing

Was thinking to get leather case as well, but when I purchase my phone, the case is out of stock. Now able to PWP ><

that's worth as the price is $1700 lower somemore SD865 is the best among other CPU. planning to get SD version as well but worry about the warranty. So far never encounter any warranty issue on my S3, S8 and S10+. But still need local warranty just incase.

I also bought a nillkin case as a backup

But the camera hump seems easily scratched.

That's why decided to get the leather case since its the best one from Samsung

I'm not sure if flashing your phone firmware to another region will cause issues.

Among all the bloatwares that it shouldn't have, surprisingly S21 HK set comes pre-installed with Netflix.

Some of these apps should be in the US set. But not totally sure.
128GB is too small for me. Data from my previous phone already took up 70GBs.

Kudos to Samsung Smart Switch for making the data transfer to my S21 hassle-free.

quick update

been using my s21u non stop

- set up
- restore
- install apps
- more set up
- more SOT used
- more sync in the background
- all these are done while plugged in to a charger

phone is not heating up till can cook an egg

instead, its just the same heat i felt from my note10+ last year

so... either Samsung already fixed the overheating issue, or the people on reddit/xda are just over-expecting as Samsung made a big deal out of the 2100

anyway, so far so good. happy with the phone


edit: also noticed my network signal has full 4 bars now instead of 2-3 bars back when i was using note10+

Samsung cannot catch up with chipset
Hence have to postpone Note series to next year
But then how about next S series

if they release the N21ultra next year, sure gonna disturb both the sales of next s22Ultra and n21ultra .

Abandon N21 ultra seems logical from business perspective.

Hope that Pixel 6XL is decent enough.

another short update:

- today spam waze usage while driving under the bright sun
- more apps set up
- more accounts are syncing/running in background now

- utilized the camera for a few mins straight, phone heats up just a bit, but bearable since i was switching between 108mp and zooming in & out, trying out different modes, etc

- still no overheating issue until feels like it can fry an egg

satisfied with the phone

👍 n 🔋performance too

battery not so accurate yet as its only day #2 haha

probably by next week can see the phone at its full potential

anyway, so not sure why the people on reddit/xda are complaining about overheating

maybe just a little heat they already say its overheating lol

or they are first time samsung users, or just hired keyboard warriors to give the s21 a bad name

bro... playing game... i play 120hz game ... it heating like hell. And some reddit/xda from cold country. 40deg celcius to us is ok, to them is hot like hell.
